- Travel charges applicable for all events outside Pondicherry
- Confirmation of the event to be made with clearance of 50% of the amount quoted
- 50% to be cleared during the collection of Traditional Softcopy Photos after the event
- Deliverables will be handed over in 45-60 working days (From receiving the selected photos list)
- We retain copyrights to all our photos, we use few photos in our webiste and instagram page
- We wont use your photos for commercial purpose
